The rules we hold ourselves to
- No paid placement. There is nothing on this site a vendor could purchase — that is the point.
- We show the work. The rubric is public; every number on the site answers to it.
- Independence first. No budget moves a brand one row up — the editorial policy is the contract.
What we cover
Two categories, two rankings: 95 reviewed management companies for owners who want the calendar handled, and 74 reviewed tools for owners who would rather automate it themselves. Every company page quotes the provider’s own published details; a number the company keeps private appears as “not published”, never as an estimate.
How this is paid for
No ads run here, no affiliate links pay us, and no placement is for sale — a position or a score cannot be bought at any price. Anything we recommend, we recommend on the merits alone — see how we keep that honest.
What we are not
We are reviewers, not brokers, lawyers or accountants. Ratings are informed opinion, prices move faster than any publication, and your market has its own physics — verify current terms with the provider and read the disclaimer.
